Biochem/physiol Actions
离子钙结合衔接分子1(IBA1)与纤丝状肌动蛋白(F-肌动蛋白)和 L-丝束蛋白相互作用。受伤期间,其表达受到调节。炎症细胞因子也诱导 IBA1 表达。IBA1 表达与冠状动脉血管病变(CAV)的移植排斥有关。它在肝细胞癌中高表达,或能作为潜在的标志物和治疗靶标。滑液和外周血单核细胞中 AIF1 的表达增加与类风湿关节炎有关。

General description
离子钙结合衔接子分子1(IBA1),又称同种异体移植炎症因子1(AIF1),定位于人类染色体 6p21.33。其编码分子量为 17 kDa的蛋白,包含与钙结合的EF手基序。IBA1 在肺、扁桃体、淋巴结和脾脏中表达。此外,也在巨噬细胞和神经胶质细胞中表达。
