Biochem/physiol Actions

General description

血管紧张素转换酶2(ACE2)基因定位于人类染色体Xp22.2。该基因编码膜相关和分泌的酶。Ace 2是血管紧张素转换酶(ACE)的人类同源物,主要存在于内皮细胞上。在人类中,Ace2仅在心脏、肾脏和睾丸中表达。该蛋白质的特征在于N端PD和C端Collectrin样结构域(CLD)。

Immunogen
