General description
抗Myocardin 特异性地识别人、大鼠和鸡 myocardin ((MYOCD).)。Myocardin由定位至人类染色体17p11.2上的基因所编码。它包含保守的SAP(SAF-A/B、Acinus和 PIAS)结构域,参与调节核组织结构、染色体动力学和细胞凋亡。编码的蛋白以精确发育调节、谱系限制性模式在胚胎以及出生后发育过程中表达。
