General description
小鼠抗-突触素单克隆抗体（小鼠IgG1亚型）是由小鼠骨髓瘤细胞和用制备自大鼠视网膜突触体进行免疫的BALB/c小鼠脾细胞融合产生的SVP-38杂交瘤生成的。突触素是一种包含四个跨膜结构域的糖蛋白，其N和C末端位于细胞质表面。
突触素（SYP）由位于人类染色体Xp11.23-p11.22上的基因编码。编码的蛋白质分子量为38kDa，仅存在于突触前囊泡膜上。
Immunogen
