General description

Biochem/physiol Actions
肌动蛋白在各种细胞过程中起着至关重要的作用，包括细胞迁移、胞质分裂、囊泡运输和收缩力的产生。受遗传和/或环境因素影响的病理状况会导致肌节肌动蛋白丝发生变化。肌动蛋白丝的这些变化导致先天性肌病（一种遗传性肌肉疾病）的发展。
