- dot blot
- flow cytometry
- immunofluorescence
- DNA hybridization

Biochem/physiol Actions
Digoxin is an uncharged glycoside which is given to humans with congestive heart failure. It enhances the force of myocardial contraction. Anti-digoxin antibodies can be used to reverse the effects of digoxin.
Unlike other oral inotrope, digoxin does not promote mortality. It inhibits sodium potassium ATPase membrane pump.

General description
Monoclonal Anti-Digoxin (mouse IgG1 isotype) is derived from the hybridoma DI-22 produced by the fusion of mouse myeloma cells and splenocytes from BALB/c mice immunized with digoxin conjugated to keyhole limpet hemocyanin (KLH).
