Casein kinase II α(CK2) mutations results in neurodevelopmental abnormalities and dysmorphic features. It regulates T-cell polarization by initiating dendritic cell. CK2 participates in the development of breast carcinoma. It induces prosurvival and proinflammatory signaling pathways.

Anti-Casein Kinase II α Antibody detects endogenous levels of total Casein Kinase II α protein.
Casein kinase II α (CK2) is a pleiotropic serine/threonine kinase, that is located on human chromosome 16p13.2–13.3.

The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived from human Casein Kinase II alpha.
