General description
N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸受体(NMDAR1)是离子型谷氨酸受体(iGluRs)的亚型。由GRIN1基因编码。它定位于人类染色体9q34.3。NMDAR1在表皮黑素细胞中表达。
抗-NMDAR1抗体可检测内源性总NMDAR1蛋白水平。
