General description
TIE2(TEK受体酪氨酸激酶)也称为TEK(酪氨酸蛋白激酶受体)。基因位于人染色体9p21.2。蛋白表达于眼睛的Schlemm管内皮细胞。TIE2属于受体酪氨酸激酶家族。
