Monoclonal Anti-HLA-G, low endotoxin antibody produced in mouse

The antibody 87G recognizes both membrane-bound and soluble forms of HLA-G (HLA-G1 and HLA-G5). HLA-G belongs to the MHC Class I molecules (MHC Class Ib; nonclassical) and it is expressed on the surface of trophoblast cells. The antibody 87G blocks interaction of HLA-G with inhibitory receptors.

The reagent is designed for Flow Cytometry analysis. Suggested working dilution for Flow Cytometry is 2 μg/mL of sample. Indicated dilution is recommended starting point for use of this product. Working concentrations should be determined by the investigator.
