General description
The antibody GH-45 reacts with human growth hormone (hGH), a polypeptide hormone synthesized by acidophilic or somatotropic cells of the anterior pituitary gland. The GH-45 antibody reacts with affinity constant 3.8 x 1010 l /mol; it does not bind human prolactin or any other pituitary hormones.
