General description
AKT1（AKT丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶1)也称为v-akt鼠科胸腺瘤病毒癌基因同源物1(v-akt murine thymoma viral oncogene homolog 1)和PKB α（蛋白激酶B）。在肝脏、肌肉和脂肪细胞中表达。AKT1基因位于人类染色体14q32上。它属于AKT家族成员，其特征在于氨基末端普列克底物蛋白同源 （pleckstrin homology，PH）结构域、短链α-螺旋连接子和羧基末端激酶结构域。
