Recombinant 2019-nCoV envelope Protein with His and Avi tag

Recombinant SARS-COV-2(2019-nCoV) envelope Protein is produced by E. coli expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Met1-Val75) of SARS-COV-2(2019-nCoV) envelope (Accession #QHD43418.1) fused with an initial Met, a 6XHis, Avi tag at the N-terminus.

Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Recombinant 2019-nCoV Envelope at 2μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Recombinant 2019-nCoV Nucleocapsid with a linear range of 1.2-41.1 ng/mL.

Store the lyophilized protein at -20°C to -80°C for long term. After reconstitution, the protein solution is stable at -20°C for 3 months, at 2-8 °C for up to 1 week. This product is stable at ≤ -70°C for up to 6 months from the date of receipt. For optimal storage, aliquot into smaller quantities after centrifugation and store at recommended temperature.
