一般描述

MISSION® eGFP shRNA对照载体是含有7,091个碱基对的慢病毒质粒载体,其含有靶向eGFP的shRNA序列(GenBank登记号pEGFP U55761)。在使用表达eGFP的细胞系的实验中,eGFP shRNA对照载体可用作阳性敲低对照。
氨苄青霉素和嘌呤霉素抗生素抗性基因分别用于细菌和哺乳动物细胞的选择性筛选。此外,利用表达载体与相容包装质粒, MISSION®慢病毒包装组合(生产编号SHP001)共转染包装细胞(HEK293T),可生产自灭活复制缺陷病毒颗粒。eGFP shRNA对照载体为溶于Tris-EDTA(TE)缓冲液的500 ng/μl溶液,含有10 μg质粒DNA。
