生化/生理作用
脱氢枞酸(DHA)具有抗癌症、抗衰老、抗菌、抗溃疡、胃保护和细胞毒性等多种生物活性。它是一种有效的抗炎剂和过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体 α 和 γ(PPAR α/γ)的双重激活剂。DHA 具有抗衰老作用,是一种去乙酰化酶 1(SIRT 1)激活化合物。它对耐多药菌株具有抗菌特性。脱氢枞酸及其衍生物具有胃保护作用和细胞毒性作用。
