Biochem/physiol Actions
对于MetS大鼠（雄性Wistar大鼠）中体外诱导的心肌缺血/再灌注（I/R）损伤，二烯丙基三硫醚具有心脏保护和抗代谢综合征（MetS） 作用。它是一种强效的抗癌剂，通过调节不同癌症相关途径起作用，在体外研究中诱导细胞周期阻滞、细胞凋亡、转移和血管生成。在三阴性乳腺癌（triple-negative breast cancer，TNBC）中，DATS也是一种有效的多药耐药性治疗剂。DATS 及其纳米乳液对于木腐真菌（如云芝 （T. hirsuta）和硫磺菌（ L. sulphureus））有很高的抗真菌活性。 通过激活大鼠脑中的核因子红细胞2相关因子2（Nrf2），它也对心肌缺血/再灌注（I/R）诱导的大脑损伤有保护作用。
