一般描述

芝麻素是从芝麻中提取的呋喃木脂素。它在水中的溶解度很小。芝麻素的化学结构包括两种苯丙素,它们的丙基侧连接到中心碳上。在许多其他芝麻品种中也有报道。

生化/生理作用

它还具有抗菌、抗黑色素生成和神经保护作用。
