生化/生理作用

4μ8C 是 ER 跨膜蛋白 IRE1 的强效抑制剂。
4μ8C 是内质网跨膜蛋白 IRE1 的强效抑制剂,介导未折叠蛋白反应。4μ8C 抑制调节的 IRE1 依赖性降解 (RIDD) 和 XBP1 mRNA 对内质网 (ER) 应激的非常规剪接,但对 IRE1 的激酶活性没有影响。
