吡美莫司(pimecrolimus)因抗炎和免疫调节特性以及低系统免疫抑制潜力而知名。
吡美莫司，也称为吡咯莫司，是一种大内酰胺类子囊霉素衍生物，可起到免疫抑制的作用。它可与巨噬蛋白12（FKBP-12）发生高亲和力结合，并可抑制钙调磷酸酶（一种钙依赖磷酸酶）。吡美莫司可抑制T细胞和肥大细胞产生促炎性细胞因子，并阻止肥大细胞释放炎性细胞因子和介体。临床上已将其用作湿疹的治疗。
