BSJ-04-122 is a cell penetrant, potent and selective covalent inhibitor of MKK4 and MKK7 (MAP2K4/7) that binds to Cys247 of MKK4. It potently inhibits JNK phosphorylation. BSJ-04-122 exhibits antiproliferative effects against triple-negative breast cancer cells. Also, BSJ-04-122 enhances antiproliferative activity of JNK-IN-8.
