Spns2 inhibitor 16d (SLF1081851) is a potent and selective inhibitor of Spns2 (spinster homolog 2) sphingosine-1-phosphate (SP1) transporter. Spns2 inhibitor 16d (SLF1081851) decreases circulating plasma S1P and lymphocytes in mice and rats. Apparently, it locks Spns2 in the inward-facing state.
