General description

TED-347is a potent and selective allosteric inhibitor of the transcriptional enhanced associate domain (TEAD)-yes-associated protein 1 (Yap1) protein-protein interaction (EC50 =5.9 µM) that inhibits TEAD transcriptional activity. It potentlyinhibits growth of spheroids of patient-derived GBM43 glioblastoma cell lines.TED-347 binds to the TEAD4 palmitate pocket where it forms covalent bond withCys-367.
