NSC232003 is a Ubiquitin-likewith PHD and RING Finger domains 1 (UHRF1) E3 ubiquitin ligase inhibitor thatdownregulates overall genomic DNA cytosine methylation (5 mC IC50 = 15 µM post72h treatment; U251 glioma cells) by disrupting UHRF1 interaction with DNAmethyltransferase DNMT1.
