Biochem/physiol Actions

PEO-IAA is an α-alkyl-indole-3-acetic acid (α-alkyl-IAA) class auxin antagonist that targets the auxin-binding site of TIR1/AFBs receptors. PEO-IAA is more potent than t-butoxycarbonylaminohexyl-IAA (BH-IAA) against auxin-dependent plant responses mediated via SCF TIR1/AFBs, including auxin-responsive gene expression, cell division and elongation pathway.
