Biochem/physiol Actions

General description
研究领域：细胞信号传导。人组织蛋白酶B（GenBank登录号：NM_001908），CD33信号肽（氨基酸1-16）+ 组织蛋白酶B（氨基酸18-339），带C末端HIS标签，MW = 43 kDa，在FreeStyle 293-F细胞中表达。组织蛋白酶B是一种半胱氨酸蛋白酶，存在于正常细胞和组织的溶酶体中。活性人组织蛋白酶B由位于人类染色体8p23.1上的CTSB基因编码。
