General description
A fluorogenic, acetylated peptide substrate for HDAC′s. It is a suitable substrate for many HDAC′s tested so far, except class 2a HDAC.
Application
Study enzyme kinetics, and screen small molecule inhibitors for drug discovery and HTS applications.
