General description

Human PHF8 (also known as JHDM1F), (GenBank Accession No. NM_001184896), amino acids 2 - 450 with N-terminal FLAG-tag, MW=52 kDa, expressed in a Baculovirus infected Sf9 cell expression system.

Application

Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling.
