Recombinant human SYK, (Genbank Accession No. NM_003177), amino acids 359-635 (end) with an N-terminal GST-tag, MW = 58 kDa, expressed in Sf9 insect cells.

Physical form

Fomulated in 40 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8, 110 mM NaCl, 2.2 mM KCl, 3 mM DTT, 4 mM glutathione, and 20% glycerol.
