General description

Complex of human EZH2 (GenBank Accession No. NM_004456) amino acids 2-end with N-terminal His-GST tag, MW= 114kDa; human SUZ12 (GenBank Accession No. NM_015355) amino acids 1-end with N-terminal His-tag, MW = 87kDa, and human RbAp48 (GenBank Accession No. NM_005610) amino acids 2-end with N-terminal His-tag, MW= 48 kDa, co-expressed in Baculovirus expression system.

Physical form

Formulated in 40 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0, 110mM NaCl, 2.2 mM KCl, 18 mM Glutathione, 3mM DTT, and 20% glycerol.
