Human CD46-BC, also known as membrane co-factor protein, Genbank Accession No. BC_030594, a.a. 35-328 with C-terminal His-tag, expressed in a HEK293 cell expression system. MW = 36.6 kDa (precursor), 34.2 kDa (mature).
