Biochem/physiol Actions

单核细胞趋化蛋白-1 /单核细胞趋化激活因子(MCP-1 / MCAF)用作人类免疫缺陷病毒1(HIV-1)的抑制剂。MCP-1 作为 T 细胞和自然杀伤(NK)细胞的趋化因子发挥作用。还在巨噬细胞的迁移和浸润中起关键作用。 CCL2在高级别浆液性卵巢癌(HGOSC)中表达不足,在上皮性卵巢癌(EOC)中表达较少。
单核细胞趋化蛋白-1/单核细胞趋化和激活因子(MCP-1/MCAF)是CC趋化因子家族的成员。它可通过触发脱粒以及单核细胞中的呼吸爆发活性来触发单核细胞的激活。它能够通过抑制或增强特定脑肿瘤细胞系的生长而促进单核细胞。它在动脉粥样硬化、特发性肺纤维化、类风湿性关节炎和迟发型超敏反应中被发现过表达。它也与川崎病有关。

General description

单核细胞趋化蛋白-1 /单核细胞趋化激活因子(MCP-1 / MCAF),也称C-C基序趋化因子配体2(CCL2), 是一种炎症细胞因子。 CCL2 基因定位于人染色体17q12。CCL2 存在于上皮细胞、内皮细胞、肾小球细胞和小胶质细胞。其在结构上能二聚化,具有四个ß-层区域。重组人MCP-1是分子量为 8.6 kDa的蛋白,含76个氨基酸残基,其中包括四个高度保守的半胱氨酸残基。MCP家族在跨物种间存在交叉反应。

Preparation Note
