General description
GM-CSF（粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子，也称为CSF2）是由内皮细胞、单核细胞、成纤维细胞和T淋巴细胞产生的。重组的鼠GM-CSF是由124个氨基酸残基组成的一种14.2kDa的球状蛋白。人和鼠的分子是具有物种特异性的，且并没有表现出跨物种的反应性。

Biochem/physiol Actions

Preparation Note
