Application

- 抑制IL-1β与受体的结合
- 了解cl-效应下游的自分泌白介素-1β(IL-1β)信号传导在RPS27调控中的作用
Biochem/physiol Actions
白细胞介素-1 受体拮抗剂 (IL-1RA) 抑制 IL-1α 的活性和 IL-1β通过竞争性阻断与其 Ⅰ 型和 Ⅱ 型受体的结合。在治疗上，IL-1RA 可能有助于败血症、恶病质、类风湿性关节炎、慢性粒细胞白血病、哮喘、银屑病和炎症性肠病的治疗。
Physical form
20 mM Tris (pH 8.0) 冻干。
Preparation Note
先离心，再开瓶。在水中重悬至浓度为0.1-1.0 mg/ml。请勿涡旋。该溶液可在2-8℃下储存长达1周。 对于长期储存，建议在含有载体蛋白（如0.1％BSA）的缓冲液中进一步稀释，分装为工作体积并在-20°C至-80°C下储存。
