General description

Biochem/physiol Actions
分化簇10(CD10)是一种锌依赖性金属蛋白酶,可切割疏水残基氨基侧的肽键,并可使多种生理活性分泌肽失活。它被认为是淀粉样蛋白-β肽(Aβ)的限速降解酶,其在神经组织中的异常错误折叠和聚集与阿尔茨海默病(AD)的发展有关。CD10还被确定为前B表型白血病细胞上的常见急性淋巴细胞白血病抗原(CALLA),因此在诊断人类急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)中起着最重要的生物标记作用。
Physical form
从经过0.22μm过滤的含有50 mM tris(pH 8.0)、150 mM NaCl的溶液中冻干得到。通常添加甘露醇或海藻糖作为保护剂。
Preparation Note
打开前离心小瓶。用无菌 PBS (pH 值为 7.4) 复溶至 50μg/ mL 的浓度。切勿涡旋。该溶液可在 2-8°C 下储存长达 1 个月。对于长期存储,建议储存温度为 -20°C。
