Biochem/physiol Actions
鞭毛蛋白(FliC)能通过TLR5(toll样受体5)激活先天免疫系统,是一种重要的促炎分子。FliC还诱导抗体的产生,并被CD4+ T细胞鉴定为抗原。
它还刺激促炎介质的产生:一氧化氮、白细胞介素1 (IL-1)、IL-6、IL-8和肿瘤坏死因子α。
