生化/生理作用

甲氧苄啶和磺胺甲恶唑结合,通过阻碍核苷酸合成,干扰细菌细胞叶酸细胞代谢。 甲氧苄啶和原核生物特异性二氢叶酸还原酶(DHFR)结合,抑制二氢叶酸(DHF)和四氢叶酸(THF)还原。THF是胸腺嘧啶合成途径基本前体,干扰该途径,抑制细菌DNA合成。
