应用

三氯乙酸的应用示例：
  • 用于吲哚胺2,3-双加氧酶(IDO)活性测定，水解N-甲酰犬尿氨酸并生成犬尿氨酸
  • 用于人肺动脉平滑肌细胞(HPASMCs)增殖
  • 在蛋白提取和定量时，处理研磨组织和沉淀蛋白

生化/生理作用

三氯乙酸(TCA)全身性无毒，长久以来被用作浅表脱皮试剂。可用作过氧化物酶体增殖剂。
三氯乙酸溶液一般用于沉淀蛋白。可用于通过定量沉淀法测定蛋白浓度。三氯乙酸也可用作显微脱钙剂和固定剂。
