General description
三羟甲基氨基甲烷(Tris)是生物科学中常用的缓冲剂，其pH缓冲范围介于7.0 - 9.0之间。在溶液中，它对金属的结合作用微不足道。Tris主要与乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)结合使用，尤其适用于电泳研究。它的低离子迁移率在毛细管电色谱中也有应用。
一系列 TRIZMA 碱和 TRIZMA HCl 的预混合溶液，为 Tris 缓冲液提供常用的 pH 值。不必混合或调节 pH 值。保证精确度 ± 0.1 个 pH 单位。
Application
Trizma®盐酸溶液用于：
- 作为裂解缓冲液的组分，分解人胚肾(HEK) 293细胞
- 、10X地辛高(DIG)脱氧核苷三磷酸(dNTP)切口平移标记缓冲液及tris EDTA和氯化钠(TEN)缓冲液中
- 制备Tris、醋酸和乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA) (1x TAE)缓冲液并用作10X凝胶上样染料的组分
