General description
20世纪60年代末和70年代，一些实验室开发出许多改良Grace′s昆虫培养基。其中不少改良培养基由W.F.博士开发。对粉纹夜蛾（ Tricoplusia ni）细胞的生成情况进行研究。此配方表示称为 TNM-FH 的改良培养基。现已发现添加适当补充剂的培养基可支持多种鳞翅目昆虫细胞生长。
