将TBE储存浓缩溶液稀释到1×TBE电泳缓冲液，生成的缓冲液含有89mM Tris-硼酸和2mM EDTA，pH8.3。 5X或10X储存液也可以加入丙烯酰胺/甲叉双丙烯酰胺储存液，用来制成PAGE胶。 为了达到最大的分辨率，推荐电压小于5V/cm(电极单元间距离）。

Preparation Note
