一般描述

本品为包含3,3′,5,5′-四甲基联苯胺(TMB)的弱酸性缓冲液。底物以单组分即用型溶液提供。速率动力学约比传统TMB配方快40%。不推荐用于需要沉淀反应产物的膜或免疫组化应用。

应用

3,3′,5,5′-四甲基联苯胺(TMB)是适用于ELISA程序的过氧化物酶底物。底物产生可溶的浅蓝色最终产物,并且可以在370或655nm下通过分光光度计读取。可以用2M H2SO4停止TMB反应(产生黄色溶液),并在450nm处读取数值。
的3,3′,5,5′-四甲基联苯胺是超灵敏的ELISA液体底物,可用以下应用的作过氧化物酶底物:
  • 通过转染子测定合成的透明质酸和HAS2(透明质酸合成酶)表达
  • 测定结合的α-溶血素毒素的水平
