Biochem/physiol Actions
3,3′,5′-三碘-L-甲状腺素(T3)是一种甲状腺激素,可提高蛋白质合成速率、刺激胆固醇分解并影响胚胎发育。在细胞培养中,T3可调节细胞分化和蛋白质表达。T3与染色质中非组蛋白的相互作用可启动甲状腺激素的活性。甲状腺激素可调节组织的分化和发育,并影响许多代谢过程。甲状腺功能减退症中循环的T3激素水平降低。

Preparation Note
