General description

Tris Hcl，又称三羟甲基氨基甲烷®盐酸盐，是一种广泛使用的酸性缓冲液，用于制备生理 pH 7.3 ~ 7.5 范围内的缓冲液。Tris Hcl 在 25°C 时的 pKa 为 8.08，pH 值范围为 7.0 至 9.0，与生物体的典型 pH 值相匹配。因此，Tris HCl 是用于各种生物学、细胞培养、生物化学和分子生物学应用的缓冲溶液的重要组成部分。值得注意的是，Tris 碱和 Tris 盐酸盐本身都不能提供足够的缓冲能力。因此，通常将它们组合在一起，在pH值范围为7到9的范围内创建缓冲液，以确保有效的pH控制。
