General description

Application

Biochem/physiol Actions
类胰蛋白酶是丝氨酸蛋白酶S1家族的成员。它是肥大细胞颗粒的主要中性蛋白酶。 在肥大细胞颗粒中,它以肝素稳定的活性四聚体形式存在。稳定是糖胺聚糖的高负电荷密度的结果。用分子量大于6 kDa的肝素以及其他糖胺聚糖(例如硫酸葡聚糖或硫酸软骨素)观察到这种稳定活性。 肝素的去除导致四聚体的解离和酶的失活。高浓度的NaCl会导致肝素的解离。
