General description
Tris-甘氨酸-SDS（TGS）电泳缓冲液是蛋白十二烷基硫酸钠-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳（SDS-PAGE）最常用的缓冲液。TGS 通常在阳极和阴极同时使用。如使用微型垂直凝胶电泳仪，建议电泳电压为150伏。
Application
Tris-甘氨酸-SDS缓冲液10x浓缩液在十二烷基硫酸钠-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳（SDS-PAGE）中用作电泳缓冲液。进行蛋白印迹时，也可在TGS中加入5％脱脂奶粉作为封闭膜。TGS通常同时用作阳极缓冲液和阴极缓冲液。如使用微型垂直凝胶电泳仪，建议电泳电压为150伏。
Preparation Note
将 10× TGS 缓冲液稀释为 1× 电泳缓冲液，包含 25mM Tris，192mM 甘氨酸和 0.1% SDS，pH 约为 8.6。
