General description

曲古抑菌素A(TSA)是一种强效的特异性组蛋白去乙酰化酶(HDAC)抑制剂。作为抗真菌抗生素，在哺乳动物细胞培养中具有细胞生长抑制和分化诱导作用。

Preparation Note

曲古抑菌素A可溶于甲醇，浓度为1.90 - 2.10 mg/ml，并生成一种透明无色至淡黄色/棕黄色的溶液。也可溶于二甲基亚砜(DMSO)、二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)、乙腈、乙醇和低级醇。曲古抑菌素A略溶于氯仿、乙酸乙酯、丙酮和苯。但不溶于水。

    Solutions at a concentration of 2 mg/mL in DMSO can be divided into aliquots and stored frozen at -20°C.
