一般描述

TAP 技术是蛋白质纯化的最新进展。该技术将串联的亲和标签整合到感兴趣的基因中，从而可以通过两个连续的亲和纯化步骤分离出高纯度的融合蛋白。该技术特别适用于通过向已知的“诱饵”蛋白添加串联亲和标签来分离和鉴定蛋白质复合物，以减少与目标靶蛋白相互作用的内源蛋白质。

应用
