Biochem/physiol Actions

General description
双缩脲和 Lowry 程序用于蛋白质测定。前者广泛用于临床检测。后者尽管更灵敏，却只用于研究工作，受限于组合试剂的低稳定性、颜色的不可再现性（特别是在低蛋白浓度下）以及和蛋白质浓度的非线性显色反应。Ohnishi 和 Barr 改良了用于 Lowry 测定法的双缩脲试剂，从而简化了流程，同时提高了组合试剂的稳定性。
