应用
5′-尿苷单磷酸可作为等渗溶液伤口屏障重建实验中E3等渗液的组分,研究其对等渗液中基底细胞反应或上皮细胞向伤口迁移的影响。
生化/生理作用
5′-尿苷单磷酸(UMP)是RNA中的一种核苷酸单体,由核碱基尿嘧啶、核糖和磷酸组成。UMP作为膳食补充剂可增强神经递质释放和神经突生长,也可促进成年大鼠膜磷脂的生产。对成年沙鼠联合喂饲DHA和UMP后,树突棘和神经元膜合成增加。表明UMP可用于突触缺失引起的认知障碍治疗。
