General description
脲酶（Ure）存在于胞质溶胶中。它在酸性 pH 下具有活性，在 28℃ 下表达。脲酶结合镍，存在于古细菌、细菌、单细胞真核生物和植物中。矮刀豆脲酶是第一个被结晶的酶，同时也是第一个被发现的含镍酶。它是一种多亚基酶，由三种蛋白质形式的91 kDa亚基组成。

Application

Biochem/physiol Actions
